Today during Bible Discovery campers discussed how Jesus reaches out to us in the midst of our own fears and doubts because He can overcome all. "But Jesus immediately said to them: 'Take Courage! It is I. Don't Be Afraid.'" -Matthew 14:27

This morning was our last bit of time with My Early Camping Adventure. After breakfast they had a bit of time to pack before Bible Discovery and then they headed home. Youth Adventure was off site all day enjoying the thrills of Hershey Park.  Saddle Crew had Bible Discovery after breakfast, followed by making horse string art and a creek walk. Wilderness Adventure learned about shelters and knots for the days first survival skill and then had Bible Discovery. Night Owls slept in a bit later than the other overnight programs. Following their breakfast they had Bible Discovery, a craft, and a chance to climb the tower. After lunch all of the programs on site had some rollover time then choice time. Lots of campers chose to work on their gimp today. Throughout the afternoon we welcomed a new group of campers as My Grown Up and Me arrived. This evening Grown Up and Me had Adventures of the Imagination and a campfire with s'mores. They ended their night with story time in their lodge. Saddle Crew spent the evening hangin' with some horses followed by a hike to Sunset Vista and a campfire snack. Wilderness Adventure climbed the tower, hiked to Sunset Vista, and spent time stargazing and learning about constellations. Youth Blast returned from Hershey Park for an evening snack. Night Owls spent their evening rotation through snack and bracelet making, Labyrinth, and Blind maze.

Day Camp continued their week of making things! After morning worship, snack, and some rec time, the younger kids went boating and played in the Imagination Garden. The older kids made their own baked apple bites and decorated boxes to take some of their baked goods home. After lunch everyone enjoyed the pool and water slide. This afternoon it was the younger groups' turn to make their boxes and baked apple bites while the older campers went boating and fishing.
