Best. Job. Ever.

Summer camp employment is unlike any other job. You'll spend your days outside, build real relationships, and help young people grow in ways that matter. Gretna Glen is hiring for every role in our summer program.

IS THIS YOU?

What We're Looking For

You don't need a perfect resume. You need a willingness to show up, work hard, and invest in something bigger than yourself.

  • You love Jesus or want to learn more about faith-centered living
  • You want to impact the lives of campers and young people
  • You'd rather be outside than glued to a screen
  • You value meaningful work over comfortable work

Staff Roles

Room, board, and a season you won't forget. Every role is essential to making camp happen.

Day Camp Counselor

Lead activities and build relationships with campers ages 5 to 12 in our day camp program. High energy, big heart, patience required.

Day Camp Counselors work under the guidance of the Day Camp Coordinators, spending their days leading a group of campers through games, songs, crafts, Bible discovery time, and all the adventures Day Camp has to offer.

Each week features a unique theme, giving counselors the chance to bring creativity and energy to every day. You'll be an active participant alongside your campers, encouraging growth, building friendships, and sharing in the joy of God's creation.

This is typically a commuting position, but residency is an option if strongly needed.
